Over 90% of the back of the villa facing the pool, patios and ocean are pocket doors that create the best indoor-outdoor living space available, offering an additional 4,500 SQFT of entertaining & purpose-built outdoor living spaces. As you continue to High-Five your lucky guests and walk out to the pool area, your imagination runs wild as you watch the water gently run down the stone waterfall from the jacuzzi to the pool, only to fall over the zero edge infinity pool. For those water-wing kids (or those adults that want to sit in the pool with a cocktail), the 10 inch deep water platform is perfect for general lounging in the 85 degree heated water. Getting cold? Casa Contessa's seven living areas are complete with individual air conditioners allowing guests to custom set their living environment. Every-other-day Maid and Concierge Service is included as well as pre-arrival grocery shopping (guest pays receipt amount & a small service fee). Top-shelf linens and toiletries will impress your guests on day one. One of the Master Bedrooms offer a very private outdoor shower experience. This outdoor shower is surrounded by flowers and rich plants to enhance your relationship with nature. Esperanza pools and gym access are not permitted. However, full access to our Members only ocean front Beach Club and ocean front Gym is provided to our guests. Our Members Only Ocean Front Pool, Beach Club and Gym is preferred over those of Esperanza. Casa Contessa is a Single Level Custom Villa located 100 yards from the ocean providing 5 private bedrooms, each complete with private bathroom and shower. All 5 bedrooms are 'REAL' bedrooms, not an office converted into a 'Bedroom' where those guest must use the bathroom and shower in another bedroom. Don't be misled, ask for specific dimensions and details of each bedroom.
